I am a retired finance professional who enjoyed a thirty nine year career in International Trade and Commodity Finance latterly specialising in Structured Commodity Finance. Originally hailing from the south east of England, he has a home in Padfield and aside from spending his spare time watching live sport and cooking he is passionately interested in the creative arts, particularly contemporary music, theatre and fine art.
Andy joined GCT in March, 2020 and as the country emerges from the Corona Virus Pandemic he is looking forward to assisting with the promotion of projects that will benefit the Glossopdale community, both economically and artistically. When not engaged in matters financial he has run three London Marathons and walked the Yorkshire Three Peaks to raise funds for a local hospice, Water Aid and Alzheimer’s. Andy was recently elected a life member of the Manchester City Supporters’ Club having served his local Branch in an executive capacity for more than 15 years, which he still does.
